Raiffeisen refinancing of loans to individuals. Reviews about Raiffeisenbank. What is loan refinancing

None of us is immune from certain circumstances that can become an obstacle in the fulfillment of financial obligations. Various problems and situations can lead to the default of clients of banking institutions, followed by harassment by collectors or litigation, which are more on the side of the creditor. In order not to end up in a debt hole with all the ensuing consequences, it is necessary, at the first sign of a decrease in solvency, to contact the banking institution that issued the loan, or a third-party financial organization, in order to restructure or refinance the loan of the debt that has arisen.

Many financial institutions in the country, including Raiffeisenbank, offer restructuring and refinancing programs. Not all of them are the same, the main differences are in the duration of the contract and interest rates.

What does loan restructuring mean?

This is a change in certain conditions in the loan agreement, pursuing the goal of reducing the material burden on the client. It is guaranteed to entail a reduction in monthly installments on the loan or the payment of interest in the case of the application of "loan holidays". This proposal implies a "freeze" of the payment of the principal debt for a period specified in the contract, with the exception of the interest rate. The main goal of the bank that issued the loan is to return the funds issued as a loan in any way, therefore, in some cases, they go to cancel existing penalties or other sanctions imposed for late repayment of payments. These and many other measures allow a temporarily insolvent borrower to return to their original monthly payment schedule.

Debt restructuring at Raiffeisenbank – good way avoiding troubles that may arise for various reasons, leading to a loss or decrease in income. This may be dismissal from the place of employment or demotion with a decrease in wages. The solvency is affected by the health of the borrower or people close to him. Banks are directly interested in the fact that the client makes payments, albeit in a smaller volume than initially, therefore they meet their clients halfway by offering restructuring. It is better to have a long-term payer than a hard-core loan defaulter and at the same time maintain the quality of your own loan portfolio.

In the event of restructuring and signing additional agreements to the existing contract, the borrower also receives significant benefits, as a result of which it can:

  • avoid litigation or other, including collection, proceedings.
  • prevent changes for the worse in your own credit history.
  • under favorable conditions, get significant savings (some banks offer their reliable customers the service of writing off some part of the principal debt).
  • achieve minimization of the monthly planned contribution according to the provided new repayment schedule, which will help protect against default.
  • say goodbye to the penalty charged by the bank for late payment, and prevent the start of proceedings by the bailiff service.

Restructuring can be the most realistic way to resolve difficult material situations, but for this the borrower will have to document the reasons that resulted in his temporary insolvency. Life situations can be very different, the decision on restructuring individually for each client is made by the bank's specialists within two to three days. If positive, additional agreements to the existing contract are signed. A new document is being drawn up for refinancing.

Loan restructuring involves the provision of a certain package of documents. Information on this issue can be found on the official website of the lender. The conditions for many financial institutions are similar and require the following documents:

Raiffeisenbank's obligatory condition for indebted clients is official confirmation of the need for restructuring due to objective reasons. The borrower must prove that loyal measures will help, at a certain time, return to the original schedule and fully repay the loan.

When is restructuring needed?

Most banking institutions, including Raiffeisenbank, see restructuring as a real way out of the plight of people who are suddenly left without normal sources of income. This may be due to dismissal, illness of the borrower or people close to him, maternity leave and the birth of a child, service in the Armed Forces, etc.

Most often, restructuring is carried out free of charge, with the exception of mortgages - in this case expenses arise when registering collateral obligations at the notary, which is a necessary measure. This is considered indisputable advantage. Numerous borrowers who took advantage of the restructuring and left their reviews on specialized websites cite the overpayment for transferring from a foreign currency loan to the Russian ruble and “credit holidays” as disadvantages.

Banking institutions may not agree to restructuring. In this case, it is necessary to assure the refusal and apply to the judicial authorities.

Another thing is when a third-party bank wants to lure customers from competitors. In this case, all hopes are pinned on refinancing - a proposal to conclude a new loan to cover the old one on more favorable terms in a new bank.

Raiffeisen Bank is no exception. It also pursues a policy aimed at attracting clients from third-party financial institutions. On what conditions Raiffeisenbank offers refinancing and how profitable it is - read in our article.

Bank conditions

The bank offers to combine up to 5 loans, the rate is 11.9% per annum. The terms of refinancing suggest that the client can borrow money to pay off 1-3 large loans, such as mortgages, car loans and consumer loans. Another 1-4 loans can be credit limits on cards. In total - no more than 5.

Does Raiffeisenbank refinance loans from other banks? Yes, that's what the program is for. In this case, the amount ranges from 900,000 to 2 million rubles, of which a part can be issued in excess of the amount required to cover existing loans.

Refinancing in Raiffeisenbank is carried out for a period of 12 to 60 months.

An important condition is that it is not required to take the consent of other creditors for early repayment their loans.

Products at Raiffeisenbank

Raiffeisenbank is ready to provide reliable borrowers with funds to repay any loans.

Refinancing a loan at Raiffeisenbank for individuals it is most beneficial if they receive wages on a bank card. You can fill out an application on the site - it will save a lot of time. A visit to the branch will be required only after you have been informed of the preliminary approval - the readiness of the bank to refinance your loans.

The bank's program is designed for on-lending the following loans:

    Mortgage.

    Autocredit.

    Consumer.

The benefit to the client is achieved through a cumulative reduction in the rate to 11.9% per annum. For example, even today (and even more so a year or more earlier), the consumer loan rate could be 20% or even more. Mortgages - 13% and above. For a car loan - 15-16%. So there is a benefit.

Of the five loans for which the bank issues a loan to individuals, only three can be large, in any ratio. The fourth and fifth are only credit cards. In total, the borrower has the opportunity to refinance up to 4 credit cards, and then he will be able to add only one large loan here (or not add it at all).

Mortgage

Lowering your mortgage rate is the dream of many borrowers. Especially those who took a foreign currency drip and then ran into a problem rapid growth course. For its clients, Raiffeisenbank offers the service of refinancing foreign currency mortgages in rubles.

The rate in this case will be only 9.75%.

For mortgage loans of other banks (taken in rubles), the refinancing rate is also offered at a reduced rate - you can reduce the interest rate by several points compared to your mortgage. So, if you want only a mortgage loan, without joining it with an automobile or consumer loan, then the rate is offered at a rate of 9.9% per annum.

At the same time, the bank issues money not only to repay the loan itself, but also to pay a commission for early repayment.

Consumer loans

If you already have loans in another bank, and not even in one, for greater convenience, you can put them together. More precisely, take a new loan, pay off the old ones at its expense, and make payments under the new agreement only once a month. First, it will avoid confusion. Secondly, it is profitable - you can not only benefit from a reduction in the interest rate, but also enter into an agreement for a long period in order to reduce the amount of monthly payments.

At Raiffeisenbank, you can refinance up to 5 loans, with the main focus on credit card refinancing. The offer is very tempting, given that you can refinance at only 11.9% per annum.

Credit cards

You can refinance up to 4 credit cards at Raiffeisenbank at a time, combining them all in one new loan.

Do not think that the opening of a new credit card will be the best solution - you can refinance at only 11.9%, while any credit card, including those issued by Raiffeisenbank, has a percentage of 20 to 30%, and sometimes even higher.

In addition, the bank offers to combine in one new loan not only credit cards, but also other loans, if you have them.

Car loans

You can refinance a loan previously issued at another bank for the purchase of a car as part of the Loan Refinancing offer. You can get money to pay off only one car loan or add up to 4 other loans to it (but no more than two large ones - mortgage or consumer).

Car loan refinancing under this program is carried out at 11.9% per annum. The car does not need to be pledged to the bank.

Nuances of refinancing

Refinancing a loan at Raiffeisenbank has its own characteristics.

Thus, the interest rate indicated on the site is valid for three months from the date of the loan. If by this time the borrower does not provide a certificate of full repayment of loans for the refinancing of which he was given money, then the interest rate will increase by 9%.

An amount up to 500,000 rubles can be issued with just two documents.

For pensioners, instead of certificates from the place of work, certificates from pension fund and pension certificate. Information about the amount of the pension is not needed if you receive it on a Raiffeisenbank card.

Refinancing of private loans in Raiffeisenbank is carried out at 11.9% only if the borrower has agreed to make insurance - to take part in the voluntary life and health insurance program.

For legal entities operate special conditions about which it is better to learn directly from bank employees.

The bank operates hot line 8 800 700 91 00 - you can call for free from any Russian phone. Residents of Moscow can use the number +7 495 721-91-00.

    The length of service at the last place of work must be at least 3 months.

    The amount of income after payment of all taxes must be at least 25,000 for Moscow and St. Petersburg and at least 15,000 for the regions.

How to issue

The fastest and most convenient way to get an answer to the question of whether the refinancing service is available for you personally is online application. You can apply through the form on the bank's website. Be prepared to include your personal information, phone number, and email address. According to the specified contacts, the manager will contact you and invite you to the office.

Consideration of the application online usually takes no more than one hour. When visiting the office, it is best to immediately have a package of necessary documents with you. Although the official list of documents does not say anything about statements of refinanced loans, grab all the documents that you have on them. It is worth taking a certificate from your bank stating that you repaid the loan regularly in full and do not have current debt on it. An extract with information about how much the loan remains on this moment outstanding and how long you still have to pay.

Detailed information about you as a conscientious payer will increase your chances of on-lending at Raiffeisenbank. In addition, if this bank refuses you, any other will request a similar package of documents, so you can apply there as well. Just pay attention - most certificates and certified copies are valid for only 30 days.

To understand whether it will be profitable to arrange refinancing at Raiffeisenbank in your case, you can calculate the approximate benefit on the calculator. The calculator for this is not taken simple, but special - it is also on the Raiffeisenbank website.

In search of options for refinancing loans, borrowers try to find an offer with the most favorable interest rates. In 2017, Raiffeisen Bank became the undisputed leader in this area. He offers clients to transfer their existing loans at a single percentage - 11.99% per annum. Let us consider in more detail how you can refinance in this financial institution.

Who can take advantage of the offer

Raiffeisenbank offers refinancing of loans from other banks only to individuals. Refinancing in this bank is not available to you if you:

  • registered as an individual entrepreneur;
  • are the owner or co-owner of the business;
  • work as a private lawyer with your own office.

Important! The restriction does not apply to lawyers and notaries who are members of bar associations.

The requirements for a potential borrower from the bank are quite simple: age from 23 years old, availability mobile phone, official employment for at least six months continuously and the ability to provide a landline telephone number of the employer. The bank sets the upper age limit for borrowers at 67 years. That is how much the client should have fulfilled at the time of the last payment planned under the loan agreement.

Terms of the refinancing program

Refinancing of a loan in Raiffeisenbank for individuals is carried out at a fixed rate of 11.99% per annum. This rate is valid for any ruble loans - consumer, auto, mortgage, and even credit cards. Clients also have the opportunity to convert foreign currency mortgages taken from Raiffeisenbank into rubles. In this case, the minimum interest rate threshold will be 9.75% per year.

The refinancing program allows clients to combine up to three large loans (for example, a mortgage and a couple of consumer loans, or a consumer and a car loan). For those who want to refinance credit cards, the bank gives the opportunity to combine four cards at once into one loan. At the same time, the bank does not impose strict requirements on the amounts and terms of credit products. The only condition is that at the time of submitting a request for refinancing, there should be no delays on them.

Important! With refinancing, you can take out a loan for more than your current debt, provided that your salary allows it. The bank does not check the direction of spending "extra" funds.

Within the framework of the program, each client can refinance loans in the amount of 90,000 to 2,000,000 rubles. The term of the new loan will vary from 1 year to 60 months (5 years). At the same time, the interest rate will not change depending on the size of the loan or the term of the loan agreement, as in other banks. However, Raiffeisenbank can raise it immediately by 8 points in case of unscrupulous behavior of the borrower. The bank includes such cases as, for example:

  • if the client does not repay the loans selected for refinancing within 90 days from the date of receipt of a new loan;
  • if the borrower does not provide the bank with the certificate of repayment of old debts received from previous creditors on time.

These conditions are specified in the loan agreement and cannot be disputed. Bank specialists request data on the repayment of loans subject to on-lending on their own to the Credit History Bureau. Given the speed of updating information in this organization, it is clear that the borrower must repay the old loan immediately after receiving funds from the refinancing program. Even one day of delay in the receipt of data will already affect the interest rate on a new loan.

At the same time, the client is obliged to provide Raiffeisenbank with documents confirming that he has paid off old debts. If this is not done, then, despite a positive response from the Credit Bureau, the interest rate on the refinanced loan will be increased.

What documents will be needed

In order to refinance a consumer loan at Raiffeisenbank, a potential borrower will need to collect a completely standard package of documents. The list is shown in the image below.

Moreover, if the amount of the desired loan does not exceed 500,000 rubles, he does not even have to provide a copy of the work book or other confirmation of his labor status to the bank. The following documents will suffice:

  • a copy of the Russian passport (all pages, even blank ones);
  • standard application form (can be obtained from the bank or printed from the site);
  • confirmation of income (one of the options): a 2-NDFL certificate for the last six months, a bank statement for the same period, a 3-NDFL declaration for the last reporting period;
  • confirmation of additional income (if necessary).

As additional income, the borrower can show wages at a second place of work, a pension, or income from renting out his existing housing. The bank accepts salary certificates both in a standard form and in its own form. You can download the form to fill out on the website, in the section describing the on-lending program.

If a potential borrower receives wages to an account with Raiffeisenbank, he can provide a certificate of income not for the last six months, but only for three months preceding the application. Moreover, this applies to those customers who transferred their salary to this bank on their own. If your employer is served by this bank as part of the salary program, only two documents are enough for refinancing - a questionnaire and a passport. In this case, the bank receives data on your income and employment, one might say, first-hand.

Important! In order to refinance a mortgage loan at Raiffeisenbank, you may need to additionally provide documents for the mortgaged property. However, the bank does not state such requirements in open sources.

How to use the service

To get detailed advice and a preliminary assessment of your own ability to refinance, you can apply through the website of Raiffeisen Bank. For this you need:

You will see a form in which you will need to enter your full name, gender, date of birth and contact information. Then, an SMS with a confirmation code for the application will be sent to the cell phone number you left. Enter it in the appropriate field and confirm the request. Within an hour after sending, a bank specialist will contact you.

Tip: for more detailed and substantive advice, you can simultaneously send copies of your documents to email jar - [email protected]

Residents of Moscow and the Moscow region can order the arrival of a loan officer at home or at the place of work. However, this service should be issued if there are several other persons besides you who are potentially interested in purchasing credit products of this bank. Well, the easiest and surest option is to contact the nearest branch of a credit institution immediately with a full package of documents. In this case, you can immediately fill out an application form, calculate the approximate payment for a future loan and ask all your questions to a specialist.

Important! Applications left at the bank branch are considered within 1 to 3 business days. In case of a positive decision, the specialist will contact you.

The nuances of on-lending at Raiffeisenbank

AT classic version The refinancing process has the following features:

  • client does not receive cash on hands;
  • the new bank independently transfers finances to repay existing loans;
  • You can renew a loan only within the amount specified in the old loan agreement.

Refinancing a consumer loan at Raiffeisenbank is somewhat different from the classical scheme. So, the borrower can receive any amount for which he has enough income. Naturally, it cannot be less than the amount of debt on loans subject to refinancing, but this is the only limitation.

By the way, you can evaluate your capabilities on the Raiffeisenbank website. In the section describing the refinancing program, among the requirements for the borrower, his desired minimum income is indicated. By comparing it with your salary, you can understand how real a new loan is for you. Income requirements vary by region, so be sure to include your place of residence in the header of the site.

And the second important feature of refinancing in this bank is that the borrower receives the money personally. At your request, you can withdraw the amount of the new loan in cash or credit it to a specially opened account with Raiffeisenbank. The bank does not monitor how you will spend the borrowed funds. But, as mentioned above, if within 90 days he does not receive confirmation that the old loans are repaid, the conditions for using the new loan will change.

Important! In case of delay in the monthly payment, the bank will charge a fine of 0.1% per day on the amount of the debt.

A little about mortgage

A housing loan issued in rubles is subject to refinancing in the same way as other loans: consumer loans, car loans and credit cards. But if you have a mortgage taken in foreign currency, you can convert it into rubles. True, according to this scheme, only refinancing of the mortgage of Raiffeisenbank is allowed. Foreign currency housing loans issued by third parties are not eligible for this program.

Important! Refinancing of foreign currency mortgages is carried out by the bank at a fixed rate of 9.75% per annum.

Raiffeisenbank offers two schemes for refinancing foreign currency mortgages:

  • taking a new mortgage loan to cover the old one;
  • changing the terms of the current loan agreement.

In the first case, the procedure for obtaining a loan will be carried out in the usual way. The bank will re-evaluate the borrower's reputation and the collateral, carry out underwriting, etc. In the second version, an additional agreement will be drawn up to the current loan agreement on changing the loan currency and recalculating the amount at the bank's exchange rate. There is no need to re-collect any documents.

What is more profitable - each borrower decides for himself. Drawing up an additional agreement allows you to reduce the time of the procedure. But when applying for a new loan, the client gets the opportunity to increase the term of using the loan, thereby reducing his monthly debt burden.

Whatever registration scheme you choose, refinancing a foreign currency mortgage allows you to receive a new loan in an amount strictly equal to the balance of the debt on the old loan. The bank does not provide opportunities to borrow additional funds in this situation. It is also worth noting that a foreign currency mortgage cannot be combined for on-lending with other loans, even those taken in the same currency and from the same bank.

To apply for the refinancing of a foreign currency mortgage, you should contact a loan officer directly to a Raiffeisenbank branch. Taking into account the unstable exchange rate and changes in the value of real estate, each such application is analyzed individually. To get a more detailed and substantive consultation, it is worth taking with you a valid mortgage agreement, as well as documents for the mortgaged property.

I have been registered with Raiffeisen Bank since 2004 (sort of), I was a gold client and, to be honest, I was proud that I had such a "European bank".
I had a credit card with a limit of 350,000 rubles, which I repeatedly emptied and replenished, and did not see any particular problems in this. The girls of the bank communicated with me politely and helpfully.
Then I had an arrest of accounts and the next payment to the credit card that I made was written off by the bank in favor of the arrested account. The accounts were frozen from me for the first time, so I did not suspect that the money would be debited from me.
A girl called me and told me about it. I asked how I can now pay for a credit card. The girl said that only through partner banks.
I did it once and it turned out that I need to pay a commission. What I did not like, and it seemed to me that it violates my rights.
I called the bank and said that I did not want to pay a commission, that I was ready to bring and deposit money anywhere, in cash or by bank transfer, but from my point of view, the bank does not have the right to demand a commission from me. The operator said that there were no other options, I asked me to connect with the authorities.
Since then the horror has begun. I started getting calls from rude young people who demanded the minimum payment. Without suspecting anything, I simply asked to connect me with the authorities. The rudeness steadily increased. I have filed a complaint through the website. I was called back by those services that I complained about, and reproached for writing complaints.
Then I went to a normal branch, where I was told that there is an opportunity to pay without a commission. I informed the call center operators about this, asked them to explain this behavior of the call center, and wrote another complaint.
The behavior of the bank has not changed.
When men began to call me and say that they would come to my house and that I should be at home, the discomfort of communicating with the bank became so strong for me that I began to pay with a commission, only to have nothing to do with the bank.
Just when all this was happening, I was offered a platinum card. I turned to the managers who issued the platinum card and asked for help, but they refused.
As a result, I paid the frozen accounts a long time ago, refused the platinum card, closed the gold card, and withdrew all my companies from Raiffeisenbank.
I would not recommend this bank to anyone again.
Perhaps it is European in Austria, but in Russia it is extremely non-customer-oriented.

If the funds on the account are insufficient to satisfy all requirements, the write-off in payment of the loan cannot be made before the full fulfillment of the requirements under the executive documents. This requirement follows directly from Art. 855 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

Based on the results of the audit conducted as part of your previous applications, you were given all possible options for repaying credit card debt.

Sincerely,
