  • 1 pack of crab sticks (or 250 g by weight);

  • rice - ½ cup;
  • chicken eggs - 4 pcs.;
  • 1 fresh cucumber - not small;
  • mayonnaise - how it goes (at least a 200-gram can);
  • chives - 1 small bunch or medium red onion;

How to do:

  1. Boil rice in salted water (200 mg) until tender.
  2. Boiled eggs - 3 pcs., crab sticks and chop the peeled cucumber into thin circles.
  3. If you use chives - chop finely, if red - thin half rings.
  4. Form the salad in layers using a detachable cake mold. Soak each layer with mayonnaise:
    rice;
    onion;
    eggs;
    crab sticks;
    dried corn.
  5. The very last layer is the 4th egg, grated. Decorate with parsley leaves.

For everyday use, in order to save time, all the ingredients of the crab salad with rice and corn can be finely chopped and mixed with mayonnaise. Preparation of the dish begins in the evening, on the eve of the day of consumption.

  1. Mayonnaise, spices, adjika and salt - mix.

You will need:

  • rice - 1 tbsp.;
  • onion - 2 pcs. medium size;
  • canned corn - 1 can;
  • tomatoes - 2 pcs. large (about 0.5 kg);
  • cheese - 150 g (parmesan or other hard varieties);
  • a bunch of greens - to your taste;
  • salt and pepper - as usual;
  • butter - 2 tbsp. l.;
  1. Boil rice in salted water without overcooking.
  2. Cut the tomatoes into half rings.
  3. Finely chop the onion.
  4. Separate corn from water.
  5. Cut greens as small as possible.
  6. Grate the cheese.
  7. Put the boiled rice on the heated butter and warm it up a little.
  8. Add vegetables, mix and heat over low heat, covered, another 5-8 minutes - look at readiness.
  9. Turn off the burner and sprinkle the dish with half of the grated cheese. Mix. Close the lid again and wait 5 minutes.

Arrange on plates, add the rest of the grated cheese and greens on top - in portions.
For spiciness, you can add garlic to the greens.
