  • 2 carrots
  • 2 heads of onion
  • 1-2 tablespoons of sour cream

Boil the chicken fillet, cool and cut into strips or small cubes. We cut the onion into half rings, rub the carrots on a coarse grater, chop the greens.

We turn on the burner, put a frying pan on it, pour vegetable oil and fry the onion until golden brown. As soon as the onion is ready, add the grated carrots, fry for 3-4 minutes, then spread the chicken fillet, mix everything, fry for 3 minutes.

Now add sour cream, salt and pepper to taste, mix again and remove from the stove. While the filling is cooling, make the filling dough.

Turn on the oven to warm up to 200°C. In a suitable bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, eggs, vegetable oil and baking powder, mix everything. Add the sifted flour and knead the dough, it should reach the consistency of thick sour cream.

Lubricate the baking dish with vegetable oil, first pour half the dough, level it. Spread the filling on top and fill it with the remaining half of the dough, align.

Mix all the ingredients except flour, beat with a whisk, add flour and continue whisking with a whisk (the dough should turn out like thick sour cream).
