As experts explain, the funded part of the pension does not expire when the license is revoked in any case: if the fund was a participant in the pension guarantee system, then its safety is ensured by the Deposit Insurance Agency. Otherwise, compensation comes from the funds of the Central Bank.

It’s much worse if the problem NPF contains funds from non-state (voluntary) pension programs, which is what happened to the majority of Blagodenstvo’s investors. Three months after the liquidation of the fund, the balance for payments of non-state pensions is determined. It is established by the temporary administration of the fund, consisting of representatives of the Central Bank and the DIA, based on a comparison of the assets and liabilities of the NPF. Fortunately, the investors of “Prosperity” were lucky; the fund’s balance turned out to be positive, perhaps even enough to pay off all obligations. The only question is that many investors do not know where to turn. The Ulan-Ude office accepted applications from citizens only until the date for which the hearing was scheduled in the Arbitration Court of the Irkutsk Region - December 17, 2015. Then all applications had to be sent to the Irkutsk office.
