  • Raw mushrooms. Before use, mushrooms must be boiled for at least 20 minutes.
  • Fried food. If mushrooms are fried, they lose most of their nutrients and accumulate fat. Fried mushrooms are difficult to digest and can cause gastrointestinal (GI) disturbances.

Many pregnant women can eat mushroom dishes without fear of serious consequences, but in some cases they are necessarily excluded from the diet:
